DUBROVNIK

 

The only and large port of Dubrovnik region is near the city of Dubrovnik at the end of the Rijeka Dubrovačka inlet. Maximum Vessel length is up to 45m with 380 berths.

Dubrovnik is a jewel of the Mediterranean. Dubrovnik was named after an oak forest, called dubrava. It is a beautiful city of beautiful medieval architecture, known for its city walls and a spectacular view from the hill Srđ. Dubrovnik has a rich history dating back to the 7th century and because it managed to well preserve its beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, monasteries and fountains it is under UNESCO world heritage protection. Today younger population knows Dubrovnik as the location for filming the most popular tv show - Games of Thrones.

When chartering a catamaran from Dubrovnik and planning the sailing route in this area you can not miss the Elafiti island, Peljesac and Korcula island, also two gems of the Adriatic sea - Mljet and Lastovo island. National park Mljet is the most important protected area of the Dalmatian south full of lush and varied Mediterranean vegetation.
